Guest, John –

Son of Thomas and Mary Ann Guest, of 20, Clifford Street, Leigh, Lancashire. Died at the 3rd Western General Hospital, Cardiff.

Hadley, Charles –

Husband of Eliza (nee Lloyd) Hadley, 2 Rudman Street, Salford, Lancashire. Father of Edith and Lillian. Prior to the war Charles had worked as a labourer. He enlisted at the age of 33 and disembarked in Mesopotamia 4/12/1915. Charles’s cap badge and I.D. disc were the only personal effects returned to Eliza. Eliza was notified that his body had been re-buried in Shaikh Saad Cemetery in March 1921.
